It is waterproof and perfect to use around the ring to carry a cold water bottle for your fur baby and you!  I

t has a zippered top closure. It is fully lined Insulated.  It measures approximately 5 x 8 x 8.5 inches. The design is on both sides. It has a great outside pocket.  

As always, these are done in small batches and when these designs are gone, they are definitely gone.
